What is Alphee Jewelry return policy? (including non-apparel products)

  • At Alphee Jewelry, returns or exchanges are allowed in certain circumstances. Products must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Mystery Box / Lucky Box items and items which are priced at 30% off (or at a higher discount) upon checkout are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for an exchange or store credit. Earrings are strictly not eligible for an exchange or store credit due to hygiene purposes. All sets containing earrings are also not eligible for exchanges or store credits. All other apparel must be not be soiled and must be accompanied by original packaging intact to be eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Returns, exchanges and store credit are not allowed for change of mind.

What should I do if I receive a wrong product?

  • If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us within 14 days and we will be sure to get you the Alphee Jewelry jewels you ordered!

How do I place an exchange or return?

Please contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order and we will walk you through the process for returning the items.

  • Step 1: Print and attach the Return Form provided by our Customer Service team with the products and gift with purchase that you wish to return
  • Step 2: Ship the items back to Alphee Jewelry’s dedicated address using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

*Alphee Jewelry is not responsible for any lost return packages. Hence, a tracking service is a must.

  • Step 3: Email us the tracking number.
  • Step 4: Your refund will be processed via your original payment method, product exchange or store credit. This will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Note: For items that were purchased from Alphee Jewelry pop-up stores, kindly return to the respective outlet with your original receipt and products in its original condition within 30 days.

Do I need to contact Customer Service to request a return?

  • Yes, it is necessary for you to first be in touch with us via email, prior to sending the parcel(s) back to Alphee Jewelry in order for us to process your return request accurately.

Will I be notified when you receive the returned items?

  • We will only be in touch once the returned items have been received and processed. Kindly check your delivery status via the tracking number provided by your chosen courier.

When will I receive my refunds?

  • Once your order arrives back at Alphee Jewelry, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed and verified. We will be in touch via email.

Will my shipping fee be refunded?

  • Refund value is based on the product(s) purchased only. Shipping fee will not be refunded or be available to be used as a store credit.

Are returns free?

  • Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by you. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping method that is available, which includes tracking.
